Who can be a millionaire? The most expensive profession

The minimum program is classical: an apartment, a car, and money, money, money. And what kind of profession can bring to this goal as much as possible? Doctor, teacher? Humanely, but you will not last long for one teacher’s salary. Artist, artist? Unusually, but the profit is too unstable. Cosmonaut? Laugh for the sake of it. Scientist? If only the one that invents money from the air … What profession is the highest paid today in Ukraine told our partner portal Xvatit.com

IT-specialists (information technologies) – that’s whose salaries are the highest in Ukraine now. Their salaries and the salaries of masters of engineering specialties will rise sharply over the next 3-5 years. After all, indeed, now in our country there are very few good specialists who can work on modern production equipment. In this regard, many companies have to conduct special training for their employees, internships, which is quite expensive. Of course, it is much more profitable for enterprises to hire a specialist who has already been trained and ready for full-fledged work, rather than tinkering with his training. That is his work valued accordingly.

All this is good, but it is curious to see who the richest people in the world are by profession, and the annual Forbes magazine rating to help us. He headed the rating of 2011 … no, not Bill Gates, which we all used to think of as the richest man in the world, but the Mexican Carlos Slim Elu, a telecommunications magnate, whose fortune is $ 74 billion. At the top he holds for the second year in a row. But behind him, surely, Bill Gates settled down with his $ 56 billion earned by honest (hopefully) IT work.

In the honorary list of the richest people in the world there are eight Ukrainians. The most-most among them, traditionally, Rinat Akhmetov, whose profit this year has almost doubled to $ 16 billion. He ranks 39th in the overall rating. Behind him is Viktor Pinchuk and his $ 3.3 billion. The third and fourth place was shared by co-owners of PrivatBank, Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov – $ 2.5 billion. In fifth place is the 37-year-old owner of Ferrexpo and the head of the Finance and Credit group Konstantin Zhevago – $ 2.4 billion. They are all on the Forbes list for the first time. But this year they added three new Ukrainian surnames – Yuri Kosyuk, Andrey Verevsky and Oleg Bakhmatyuk, who earn their billions in the agricultural industry. The first is the chairman of the board of Myronivsky Hliboprodukt (TM Nasha Ryaba), the second is the founder of the Kernell Group holding, which is the largest producer of sunflower oil, and the third, so to speak, the egg magnate (Avangard holding) .

Such are the money matters: to each his own, as they say. But let all the same both you and us wish “May you live on the same salary!”, It was always like a balm for the soul.
